Step 1: Heat water to around 75-80°C (167-176°F). Avoid using boiling water as it can make the tea taste bitter.
Step 2 : Use about 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of Oray Green Clove tea leaves per 200 ml (7 oz) of water.
Step 3 : Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Adjust the time to suit your taste preference—shorter steeping for a milder flavor, longer for a stronger brew.
Step 4 :After steeping, strain the tea leaves and pour the tea into a cup. You can enjoy it as is, or add a slice of lemon or a touch of honey for extra flavor.
Step 5 :High-quality green teas like Oray Green Clove can be re-steeped 2-3 times. Simply increase the steeping time by 30 seconds to 1 minute for each subsequent brew.
